1. Introduction

1.2 Eligibility

2. User Account and Payment

2.1 Account Registration

2.1.1 Creating an Account

2.1.2 Account Verification
JAYABAJI reserves the right to request identification documents to verify your identity, age, and the authenticity of your details before accepting deposits or processing withdrawals.

2.2 Deposits and Payments

2.2.1 Deposits
You may deposit funds into your Member Account using a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems. Please note that your bank or payment service provider may charge you fees related to these transactions.

2.2.2 Currency
JAYABAJI accepts payments in multiple currencies. Upon registering, you must select one currency to be associated with your Account. If payments are made in a currency other than your chosen one, the funds will be converted to your chosen currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Any exchange rate fees or premiums will be borne by you.

2.2.3 Credit and Debit Cards
Deposits made via credit or debit cards will be credited to your Account only after receiving approval and authorization from your card’s issuing bank. If such approval is not received, your Account will not be credited.

2.2.4 Additional Verification
JAYABAJI reserves the right to conduct further verification procedures if necessary, including verifying the source of funds used for deposits, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

2.2.5 No Credit Provided
JAYABAJI does not offer credit facilities. All deposits are strictly for the purpose of participating in Games or placing bets.

2.2.6 Interest on Balances
Funds in your Account, including any unspent balance, will not accrue any interest.

2.3 Account Administration

2.3.1 Account Management
JAYABAJI will manage your Account, calculate your “Reserved Amount” (the funds staked or offered to stake), and determine your “Available to Bet” balance. This balance represents the amount available for placing bets.

2.3.2 Reserved and Available to Bet Amounts
Your “Available to Bet” balance will determine your betting limit. Funds staked on unmatched bets will be held as the “Reserved Amount” until the bet is resolved.

2.3.3 Finality of Calculations
JAYABAJI’s calculations of the amounts in your Account (e.g., “Reserved Amount”, “Available to Bet”) will be final, and will not be subject to further inquiry, except in cases of manifest error.

2.3.4 Set-off Rights
JAYABAJI reserves the right to set off any losses against gains in your Account.

2.3.5 Bet Binding
Once a bet is placed, it is binding, and the staked amount will be held by JAYABAJI pending the outcome of the Game. Once the result is declared, the bet cannot be canceled, and funds held by JAYABAJI cannot be withdrawn.

2.4 Payouts

2.4.1 Game Outcome and Payouts
Once the result of a Game or event is confirmed, any winnings will be credited to your Account. Winnings will be held in your Member Account for future use or withdrawal.

2.4.2 Mistaken Credits
If JAYABAJI erroneously credits your Account with funds that do not belong to you, the mistaken credit will remain the property of JAYABAJI, and JAYABAJI may remove the erroneously credited amount from your Account. If the funds are withdrawn before JAYABAJI is aware of the error, you will be required to return the incorrect amount.

2.4.3 Verification for Large Payouts
Withdrawals exceeding 25,000 BDT may be subject to additional verification procedures. However, JAYABAJI reserves the right to conduct such verification for smaller payouts if deemed necessary.

2.5 Withdrawals

2.5.1 Withdrawal Process
You may withdraw funds up to your “Available to Bet” balance by submitting a valid withdrawal request through the Website. Withdrawal requests made by telephone or email will not be accepted.

2.5.2 Withdrawal Limits
The maximum amount that can be withdrawn within a 24-hour period is 25,000 BDT, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Withdrawal limits may vary based on your Account status and other factors.

2.5.3 Payment Methods for Withdrawals
JAYABAJI offers multiple withdrawal methods, including bank transfers and online payment systems. Fees may apply depending on the method chosen, and additional charges may be levied by your bank or payment provider.

2.5.4 Withdrawals via Cards
Withdrawals to credit or debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard) are not supported by JAYABAJI.

2.5.5 Bank Transfers
Withdrawals will be made to the same bank account or payment method from which the funds were deposited.

2.5.6 Identification Requirements
JAYABAJI may request identification documents to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.

2.5.7 Fair Gaming and Irregular Activity
JAYABAJI reserves the right to review your play history for any irregular betting patterns (such as hedge betting or low margin betting). If irregularities are detected, JAYABAJI may withhold withdrawals and/or confiscate winnings.

2.6 Account Closure

2.6.1 Closing Your Account
You may close your Account at any time. Upon closure, JAYABAJI will return any available funds in your Account, minus any applicable withdrawal charges.

2.6.2 Account Closure by JAYABAJI
JAYABAJI reserves the right to close your Account at its discretion, refunding your “Available to Bet” balance, subject to withdrawal charges.

2.6.3 Inactive Accounts
If you do not log into your Account for one (1) year, your Account may be deemed inactive, and any remaining balance may be forfeited. You will be notified via email prior to this action.

2.6.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses granted to you will expire if not used within 6 months from the date they were awarded.

3. User’s Obligations

3.1 Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You also confirm that your participation in the Website is not prohibited by the laws of your country of residence.

3.2 Responsible Gaming
You agree to use the Website for personal, recreational, and non-professional gaming purposes only. Any fraudulent or deceptive activity will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

JAYABAJI shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraudulent Activity
You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities while using the Website. Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of Games or bets, such as through collusion, match-fixing, or account manipulation, will result in the immediate suspension of your Account and forfeiture of any winnings.

7.3 Multiple Accounts

JAYABAJI reserves the right to suspend or close multiple Accounts and confiscate any winnings if this policy is violated.

7.4 Abusive or Offensive Behavior

If JAYABAJI believes that a user is attempting to abuse bonuses, for example by using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in abnormal betting behavior, JAYABAJI reserves the right to remove the bonus, restrict access to the promotion, and cancel any winnings derived from such bonuses.

8.3 Bonus Expiration
Bonuses awarded to your Account must be used within the time period specified in the promotional terms. Any unused bonuses will expire after this period.

9. Intellectual Property

Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the arbitration proceedings and to abide by the decision of the arbitrator.

10.3 Legal Action
Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or other legal remedies in the courts of Bangladesh to prevent harm or address irreparable damage that cannot be remedied through arbitration.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

16.3 Account Inactivity
If you do not log into your Account for a period of one (1) year, JAYABAJI reserves the right to deactivate your Account. Prior to this, you will be notified by email, and your available balance may be removed or forfeited.
